How to use
- Once you have purchased your card you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided.
- Shortly after you receive your order confirmation you will receive another email which will display your Discount Card.
- Produce this card when redeeming your discounts at our participating businesses

Where can I use the card?
You can use your gift card at any of our top participating retailers Vietnam wide.
How do I claim my discount in store?
Just show your Discount Card to the staff when requesting your bill.
How many people can I use my card for?
You and up to 5 friends & family!
Each card has unlimited use for the card holder and up to 5 accompanying persons as long as they are included on the cardholders bill/check. i.e., the cardholder must be present and individual bills do not qualify for offers.
Are there any conditions when using my card?
Yes.
- Digital discount cards must be shown at time of purchase and only the original digital discount card can be used. Screenshots are not accepted. Merchants may ask for additional proof of identity to confirm the phone/digital discount card is yours.
- The card discount can NOT be used with any other special offer e.g. Happy Hour Specials unless agreed by the merchant/providor.
- When using at restaurants and bars NO split bills.
I placed an order and it was declined. What do I do now?
We take security very seriously, and a major part of that is ensuring that orders are placed by the legitimate cardholder.
If your order is declined during the checkout process, it means we were unable to verify your purchase, and it was declined out of caution.
We recommend placing your order again completing all required details – such as email and billing address – that match the card holder’s information. We will then re-assess your order.
